VH1 Star, Evelyn Lozada, hosts "Fashion in the City" at The Catalina Hotel on South Beach

On Thursday, June 24th, BeautyChronicles.com and Plum TV launched a totally new kind of shopping event called "Fashion in the City" for Miami's finest fashionistas and trendsetters. The event was hosted by our city's most notable Shoenista, Evelyn Lozada, star of VH1's Basketball Wives and owner of Dulce Shoe Boutique in Coral Gables (pictured on the right). Speaking of shoes, Evelyn wore a fabulous pair of Christian Louboutin's spiked patent pumps to the event (OMG...HOT)! During the evening, guests sipped on cocktails while strolling through The Catalina Hotel's rooftop to check out the latest summer trends by local designers and boutiques. Some of the featured brands included Bird Club Clothing, Karlee Feed Your Head, TAudrey, Bessi by Carlos Zuniga and Zula Studio. DJ Anthony Pisano kept the beats flowing while guests enjoyed a live fashion show and a private concert by Black Dada. Enjoy these photos from the stylish soirée:

Evelyn Lozada showcases Georgina Goodman's Summer Collection at Dulce in Coral Gables!

Last night, Dulce hosted an exclusive shopping event at their Coral Gables boutique to debut Georgina Goodman's 2010 collection. The night was full of sexy stars and the summer's hottest shoes! Dulce owners, Rebecca Brothers and Evelyn Lozada, star of VH1's Basketball Wives, welcomed guests as they enjoyed the trendsetting duo's newest collection. Celebrities like Suzie Ketcham (star of VH1's Basketball Wives), Fabian Basabe, Al Reynolds (Star Jones' former husband) and Shaniece Lozada attended the event to check out the new merchandise! InterContinental Miami hosts an exclusive kick-off event for the Make-A-Wish Foundation

On Thursday, May 27th, Miami's philanthropists and celebrities were invited to a private cocktail reception at the InterContinental Hotel in Miami. The event: a kick-off celebration for this year's 16th Annual InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball. During the evening, more than 200 guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while watching a slideshow from last year’s ball, which raised more than $1 million for the nonprofit’s children in need. The list of prominent guests who were in attendance included Evelyn Lozada (star of VH1's Basketball Wives; pictured above- photo by Johnny Louis), Courland Lantiff (Ocean Drive Magazine's Publisher), Kamal Hochtdani (CEO of Haute Living Magazine), Michael Capponi and Celeb Attorney Bradford Cohen. Finally, you cannot have a celebration without Miami's own DJ Irie! The Make-a-Wish Foundation has one mission with every wish: to exceed a child’s expectations, transporting them from a world of doctors and hospitals to a world where anything is possible. Photographer, Seth Browarnik, launches WorldRedEye.com at the Raleigh Penthouse

On Friday, May 14th, Miami's best-known celebrity photographer Seth Browarnik celebrated his birthday and the launch of his new website at the famous Raleigh Penthouse in Miami Beach. Seth's website is called World Red Eye. This visual lifestyle journal is actually a very cool concept! Make sure you check out the site and see their photos from the launch party.
